About the Aomori Port Office
Aomori Port Office is affiliated with the Tohoku Regional Development Bureau of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, and through the development of social capital which forms the foundation of our livelihoods and industries, the office addresses the management and local development of our national territory.
As part of that infrastructure, our office oversees the development, use, security and management of ports administered by the national government in the Tsugaru and Shimokita regions of Aomori prefecture.
